Ronald Rae, born in Scotland June 30, 1933, died June 30, 2013 on his 80th birthday. He is survived by his wife Helen and son Ian. Ron was a member of the Elkton Presbyterian church and a member of the American Legion, Cecil Post 15. No funeral service scheduled.
