Ronald Rae, born in Scotland June 30, 1933, died June 30, 2013 on his 80th birthday. He is survived by his wife Helen and son Ian. Ron was a member of the Elkton Presbyterian church and a member of the American Legion, Cecil Post 15. No funeral service scheduled.

Mr. Rae was a special friend going with us to G aither concerts along with his lovely wife Helen . I got to know Mr. Rae when I served as A Town Commissioner always took the time to talk with him before and after meetings. I also would call him up just to chat he was very interesting being born in Scotland. As I told his wife Helen I could always understand him when he would talk about anything mostly politic in Town. Ron & Helen were special friends to Cheryl and I we always enjoyed our Bus trips to Concerts. Mr. Rae will surely be missed he enjoyed his life and I know he now is talking with God. We will miss you and forever have you in our hearts. You always along with your wife supported our local Concerts we would have. We will never forget you and your life will live on in our hearts forever. GOD BLESS ED. & CHERYL MCKEOWN
