William Joseph Kapral, 81, of Colora, MD, passed away on March 31, 2025. Born in Luzerne, PA, on June 30, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph and Veronica (née Kazokas) Kapral and the beloved husband of 63 years to Frances (née Reynolds) Kapral.
Bill honorably served in the U.S. Army as a Military Policeman before beginning his career as a pipefitter with the former Wiley Manufacturing Company in Port Deposit, MD. He later continued his work as a pipefitter for the Veterans Administration until his retirement.
Bill had a passion for golf and loved traveling across the United States with his wife, visiting every state except Hawaii. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Connie Bono, and grandchildren, Christina Garza, Jose Garza.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Kapral; grandchildren, Roberto Galvan and William Galvan; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Angie, Owen, William, and Sophie; sisters, Coreen Latona and Maureen Ciliberto; and extended family members.
A service will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Road, Annville, PA 17003, on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
