William “Teddy” Edwin Thorp

August 6, 1925 - September 17, 2026

William Edwin (Teddy) Thorp passed away Thursday, September 17, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. One of thirteen children of Isaac and Alma Ross Thorp, Teddy is survived by three siblings, four children, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by his wife of 74 years and one son. A construction foreman, Teddy worked for Tim O’Connell & Sons for nearly three decades. He was known for his carpentry expertise. In his retirement he enjoyed walking, gardening, and spending time with family.
