William “Dusty” Gordon Koldus, Jr., age 57, of Rising Sun, MD passed away, peacefully, on November 11, 2012 in Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. He was born in Havre de Grace, MD on June 12, 1955 to the late William Gordon Koldus, Sr. and the late Mary Patricia Koldus.
He was a master electrician and also a project manager at Chester County Intermediate Unit. He enjoyed scuba diving, fishing, and many other outdoor activities.
Dusty is survived by two sons, Brandon S. Koldus and Evan C. Koldus; two brothers; Robert Koldus of Conowingo, MD and Stephen Koldus and wife Tonja of Perryville, MD; sister, Terri Koldus of Elkton, MD; granddaughter, Stevie Noel Koldus; nephews, Brody and Luke Koldus; and his companion, Barbara Heglund of Wilmington, DE.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on November 16, 2012 at R. T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911, where family and friends may call one hour prior. Burial will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to Seasons Hospice c/o R. T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
