Dear Shaw family, I wanted to send you all my sincerest condolences. I always thought of Bill and Linda like my second parents for so many years. I have a multitude fond memories of Bill. So many good times on the boat and at your parents house out in Turkey Point. His love of Jimmy Buffett, Genesis and Phil Collins music. Bill was such a sweet, kindhearted, hysterical, fun loving dad. He was always just one of the guys with you boys. A fighter for the little guy. I remember his fondness of dogs and making sure people took care of them. I know he will be greatly missed and I know you and the his grandchildren will carry on all his best qualities. With thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Julie

So Sorry to hear of Bill's passing . Bonnie and I enjoyed many laughs with him and Linda in earlier times when we were neighbors. He was the life of the party! Sadly, we lost contact over the years. Would love to be notified of the celebration of life service.

My man, Bucky. From the days at Woody's serving him those cold mugs with his 'crew' in tow, to all the times we talked football together. He was always filled with positivity and life joy. I'm at a loss. I've never seen a Syracuse football score without thinking of giving him a call. I'll still feel that way in the years to come. Be at peace.

Dear Shaw Family, we were so sorry to learn of Bill passing. He was a very special person. He was our sons high school basketball coach. He was a generous, devoted coach. He devoted lots of hours to the youth of our county. He became a friend to us during those years. We recently would see him and Lucy at the park and enjoyed catching up and reminiscing. Our prayers are with you during this time and in the coming months.
