There is not much that I can say that will bring comfort to Freda, David or Cindy. I can only say that I was privileged to know their husband and father. He always made me feel welcome whenever I would visit and he had a moment to spare. One of my fondest memories includes one where I arrived early to meet David. Bill invited me in and we sat a the kitchen table talking about the history of the farm and nearby people and places. I have a fascination with history thanks to my father and I was happy to receive this gift of knowledge. I have memories of Bill too numerous to leave here. So I will leave you with this, one of my favorite Irish Poems by Mary Elizabeth Frye (1932) called "Do not stand at my grave and weep."

To Freda,
You were a well liked teacher, good person and friend who was an inspiration to all your students at NEHS. I lost my husband Clifford on July 19 so I know the sorrow you are feeling. As a member of the NEHS Class of 1956 we all send you our heart felt prayers.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mr Bill's passing. Over the past 2 years I've enjoyed the talkswith him & Ms Freda and their lives growing up, how they'd met and the years of farming on the family property. He will truly be missed as I continue to be with his dear wife Freda. Keeping everyone in prayers during this time.

Mr Fell was one of the nicest men I ever met! I fondly remember going to the farm as a little girl, with Mrs Knisley and Debbie! What fun that was. As I grew up Mr Fell purchased concrete from my Dad and was just so wonderful!
My thoughts and prayers are with you all!
