Wes Jones, age 61 Street, MD passed away on Thursday, January 20,2022. He was born in Baltimore, MD on July 23,1960.

 

Wes was a Truck driver for 40 years. His daughters and grandchildren were his whole world. Life revolved around his 91’ Kenworth, 72’ chevy pickup and taking backroad rides with his dog Izzy. He had a passion for restoring old trucks with his daughter Kacey & could fix anything. He loved anything old from antique tractors to hot rods, and had a love for old school country music, dating back before his time.

 

“I caught this rambling fever long ago

When I first heard a lonesome whistle blow
If someone said I ever gave a damn
They damn sure told you wrong
I’ve had ramblin’ fever all along”

 

Wes is survived by his two daughters Kacey Jones (Lee Addison) of Street, MD and Jessica Buchanan (Forney) of Rising Sun, MD; four grandchildren: Finn Buchanan, Cora Buchanan, Lucas Buchanan and Annabelle Addison.
