Tina Marie Veasey, 42, of Elkton, MD, passed away March 9, 2014 at University of Maryland Medical Center after a brief illness.

Born in Atlantic City, NJ on August 20, 1971, Tina was the daughter of Lawrence H. Cheety, Sr. and the late Sarah Maloy Cheety.

In addition to her father, Tina is survived by her husband Donald J. Veasey of Elkton; three daughters, Heather Lessy, Tiffany Blevins and Jacqueline Veasey, all of Elkton; a brother Lawrence H. Cheety, Jr. of Wilmington, DE; and 2 sisters, Bobbie Jean Loomis of Parkside, PA and Robin Lynn Telepchak, of PA. In addition to her mother, Tina was preceded in death by her daughter Ashley Marie DiMeglio.

A service honoring her life will be held in conjunction with her daughter Ashley’s at 2:00 p.m. on Friday March 14, 2014 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main St., Elkton, MD 21921 with a visitation beginning at 12 noon. Burial will be private at a later date.
