Thomas L. Brown, Sr., 53, of Elkton, MD passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.
Born October 14, 1960 in Elkton, MD, Thomas was the son of the late Carl and Sylvia Brown. Thomas was a very friendly and outgoing person who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be missed greatly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jessie Brown of Elkton, MD; two sons Thomas L. Brown, Jr. and Justin Brown; daughter, Amanda Brown, all of Elkton, MD; three grandchildren, Cloey Brown, Aliyah Brown, and Jacob Harding; two sisters, Barbara Dean of Hillsboro, WV and Linda Brown of Elkton, MD; and two brothers, Gary Brown and Christopher Brown both of Elkton, MD.
A service honoring Thomas’ life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 E. Main St., Elkton, MD 21921, where family and friends may visit beginning at 10 a.m.

What we had done all the many times that the Cattle would get out and Tom was always banging on the door saying Their out again, come on I will help you. He was a great neighbor always quick to led a helping hand always a smile and a wave when passing. I am sure that he a our Wayne maybe sharing a beer and a story or two. And of course fishing and hunting. I feel blessed to have had you all as neighbors when living in BayView, the place just wasnt the same after you all left.
