Thersea Anne McKittrick, age 69, of Rising Sun, MD passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024. She was born in Norfolk, VA on January 4, 1955 to the late Gerald Poole and Mary Thersea (Jernigan) Zeimer.
Thersea liked to paint and spend time in her gardening planting flowers. Her greatest joy in life was being with her family and having fun. Thersea will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Thersea is survived by her four siblings: Lavern Paskins, Don Zeimer, Jr., Wayne Zeimer and his wife, Tina, and Donna Zeimer and her wife, Cindy.
In addition to her parents, Thersea is preceded in death by her sister, Phyllis Paskins; and brother, David Poole.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Brookview Cemetery in Rising Sun, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to “American Lung Association” and send in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.O. Box 248, Rising Sun, MD 21911.
