Terra Lené Mullins, 46, of Elkton, MD, passed away the morning of February 27, 2025. She was born on May 25, 1978, in Columbus, OH, to Georgia (Maxwell) Williams and the late Terry Alan Williams.
Terra was a loving and devoted mother to her children. She enjoyed spending time with family over a good meal followed by board games or simply being together. She was a terrific cook specializing in chocolate chip cookies, delicious homemade meatballs, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli casserole. She had a wonderful sense of humor and knew how to make her kids laugh. She was a diligent worker, well respected and loved by her peers and coworkers. As a young widow, she worked tirelessly to provide a good life for her children.
Terra is survived by her children: Makenzie Kathryn Mullins, Jagger Michael Mullins, and Kayla (Kawain) Riley; her mother: Gigi Williams; her brother: Richard Alan Williams; several nieces and nephews; as well as many loving aunts and uncles, with a special bond with both her Aunt Cheryl and Aunt Kelly. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband: David Mullins.
There will be an open house memorial celebration of Terra’s life on Sunday, March 2, 2025 between 1 and 4 pm at 423 Blake Rd, Elkton MD, 21921.
