Syrus Izaiah Ohl, age 20, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021. He was born in Orlando, FL on October 17, 2000 to Randall S. Ohl and Beniliz “Santiago” Ohl.

Syrus loved spending time at the beach with his family. He enjoyed playing with balloons and any type of ball he could get his hands on. Syrus was a fighter and had a very sweet soul.

Syrus is survived by his father, Randall Ohl of Fallston, MD; mother, Beniliz Ohl of Rising Sun, MD; two brothers: Savian Ohl of Rising Sun, MD, and Shayden Ohl of Rising Sun, MD; two sisters: Savannah Ohl of Rising Sun, MD, and Shareece Fullwood of Newark, DE; paternal grandparents: Teresa and John Messler of Fallston, MD, and Milton and Joan Ohl of Kingsville, MD.

Syrus is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Juanita Haskins and Rafael Santiago.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD where friends and family my begin visiting at 10:00 AM.
