Sultanna Lee Woods, age 86, of Rising Sun, MD, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014 at Laurelwood Care Center in Elkton, MD. She was born April 27, 1928 in Doeville, TN to the late Richard and Virgie (Morley) Norris.
She is survived by her daughter Linda Tibbs-Fournier and her husband Andre Fournier of Havre de Grace, MD; sister Christine Woods of Newark, DE; grandchildren Tammy Stanley of Havre de Grace, and Troy Tibbs of Fawn Grove, PA; and 4 great grandchildren, Crystal, Cory, Will, and Tess.
A service will be held 11AM on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, PA, 111 S. Queen St., Rising Sun, MD 21911. Friends and family may visit one hour prior beginning at 10AM.
