I enjoyed working with Steve and going to a lot of car races with him. Linda particularly liked discussing books with Steve when we met him at "Rough and Tumble" in Kinzers, PA. Our sincerest condolences. Mac & Linda Wagner

Steve and I shared many adventures. High school hijinks, employees of Ferris School, trips to the Jefferson Hillclimb, modifieds at Reading, nights under the pigeon coop, Swedish cars and a rare old Veritas. We talked at our 50th HS reunion but could never sync our schedules to make it back to the White Rose. He was a great friend, with broad and deep knowledge about life and clear opinions. Cap'n Billy, we'll miss you.

I was a good friend with Steve many years ago. We lost touch in passing years but always exchanged Christmas cards. Steve was a great guy, funny and knowledgeable on almost any subject. It hard for me to think of him as gone! My deepest condolences to Sarah and his family.

I knew Steve from mutual friends in 1964. Went to U of D with Steve. Had an interest in cars and later motorcycles. He helped me sell my last motorcycle about 30 years ago. RIP
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
