Phil and Vicki Lutz left a message on March 18, 2026:
Steve - What an amazing friendship you and Phil shared. The true sign of brotherly love is what you and Phil share, which was to resume a friendship exactly where you were before "life" interrupted you both. I am forever grateful for memories you both were able to create once you were re-united. Thank you for giving us your Judi to care for and love. We can't wait to see once again in heaven.

I am so sorry and saddened for you and your family Judy, in the loss of your dear one Stephen, a mighty fine man indeed and officer to the State. I despise opening the obituaries anymore, very sad indeed, I cherished those days of our youth, especially SJH and DHS, many fond memories there of you and the gang. Nevertheless, our enemy, time, carries on. Supplications to the Eternal One, that His Spirit comfort and bring peace to you and your family at this hour of great loss. I have high hopes, Father, in His wisdom and esteem will hold fast to His promise of the great gathering! Your old friend, Ray Albanese
