Stephen Anthony Mullins, age 59, of Warwick, MD, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.  He was born in Wilmington, DE, on June 13, 1963 to Bernice (Pettoruto) Mullins and the late John Francis Mullins, II.

Stephen enjoyed deer hunting, wood working, and arts and crafts.  He loved working in his vegetable garden, and especially growing asparagus. Stephen played guitar and loved music, his favorites were The Beatles and John Prine. He also enjoyed cooking. Stephen’s greatest joy came from spending time with his family, children and grandchildren.

Stephen is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Amy Lynn Mullins; three children: Jacob Gordon (Karen), Maddilynn Mullins and Noah Mullins; mother, Bernice Mullins; brother, Brian Mullins; sister, Theresa Shorey (Les); grandchildren: Lexi, Mia, Jacob, Kenley and Kane; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Stephen was preceded in death by his daughter, Shelby Mullins and brothers: John Francis Mullins, III and Mark Mullins.

A celebration of Stephen’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921. Family and friends may begin visiting at 10:00 am. Burial will be private.
