Silvia Narcisi, 78, of Elkton, MD, passed away peacefully at Laurelwood Care Center September 13, 2013. Born in Castellato Italy on May 18, 1935, Silvia was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Filomina Cardelli. She worked as a seamstress and tailor in Philadelphia and in New Jersey.
