Shirley J. Hart, 84, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully Monday, February 22, 2016.
Born February 22, 1932 in Columbus, OH, Shirley was the daughter of the late Frank and Lucille (Winkler) Borror. Shirley was a member of the Newark Senior Center and the Ladybug Quilting Guild – National Quilting Association. She enjoyed quilting and spending time with her wonderful family, especially her grandchildren.
Shirley is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Robert J. Hart; son, Shawn M. Hart and his wife, Susan; daughter, Catherine M. Hart; three grandchildren, Patrick, Todd, and Tina; and her sister-in-law, Patricia Borror.
Services will be held at a later date to the family’s convenience. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made payable to the American Diabetic Association and sent in care of R.T. Foard & Jones, Inc, 122 W. Main St., Newark, DE 19711.
