Wanda and the Lafrancis Families No words can express the sorrow that we feel on the passing of Shirley. She was truly a great friend and one of a kind! Her quick wit and kindness will always be cherished! Camping trips, beach trips, going out to eat and coming over shall remain in our hearts. We had the best of times. Her memories will always remain in our hearts! To Wanda, Lisa, Sherry, David, Their Families and Grandchildren, We Love and Pray for all of you! Our Sincerest Condolences! ❤️??❤️??

I had always called Shirley "Jeannie" since we met when I started dating her brother, James Brown. She was my bridesmaid at my wedding. What a special friend and throughout the years, she became my "sis" even though we weren't blood-related. She and I shared a special friendship and she will stay in my heart until we meet again. I love you, Jeannie. I will light a candle in memory of you.

There are obviously no words I can say to describe the way I feel losing this amazing woman. My little mommom. In the days leading up to her final day she was just as spunky and amazing as all the rest. She was and always will be the most important person in my life!! There’s nothing she wouldn’t do for you if you needed it and you never felt out of place if you were invited to anything we did and she didn’t know you. You were automatically family and she loved you just the same (maybe not as much as she loved me but… yeah) I am going to miss driving down to the house and sitting for hours talking about everything and nothing at all. Sharing insane amounts of coffee, laughs and stories. She will be missed more than she probably ever realized. I know she’s in a better place now and I’m happy with the moments I got to share with her! I love you lots like tater tot’s little mommom!

Shirley was a wonderful friend. We were family! I remember one beach trip that the whole LaFrancis family went to the beach. We had an awesome time together. Another time my home burned. Shirley went to the Goodwill and bought all kinds of things to replace what we had lost. She wanted no money. That's the kind of loving, giving person she was. Rest in peace sweet lady!

I ask that as you read this that remember my momma had a quirky sense of humor and a big heart. She accomplished a great deal in life and loved our family deeply. If you want to honor her she wholeheartedly supported St Jude’s and would be grateful for any donation you make. I loved this amazing little lady more than I can express. Rest easy momma

My heart hurts for such a great loss. Aunt Shirley (Jeannie )was an amazing person and had so much love in her heart. She gave selflessly and was loved by many. I pray that she is at peace after such a long battle. She was an angel in life and now we have one in heaven. She will be dearly missed. I pray for her family to have strength and comfort to heal their heavy hearts. With love and sympathy.

My heartfelt condolences to Wanda and Shirley's family. Shirley was such a sweet and caring lady who was always very genuine in her thoughts. Holidays & gatherings will never be the same without her. I'm so grateful we got the chance to talk on Christmas Eve, when we were expecting her discharge to rehab. God had different plans though, and I pray for the comfort, peace, & strength of all who knew and loved her. Keep her memory alive by never stop talking about her and the loving memories shared with her. God bless ??
