Sheila Ann Butler Couden Crabtree, 63 of Clarkston MI passed away at home surrounded by family. Sheila battled lung cancer for 7 long years.
Sheila was born in Chesapeake City MD on June 20th 1949 to the late Frank and Alva Mae Butler Johnson. Sheila worked hard for many years at various jobs. Sheila loved to watch the weather channel and keep up on the weather not only in her state of MI but also in her home state. If you knew Sheila you knew she loved to drink her Pepsi. A special thank you goes to her caregiver, Daughter-n-law Sarah Crabtree.
Sheila is survived by Step father; Delbert Johnson of Elkton MD, Brother, Alvin Butler and wife Tina of Quarryville Pa, Sister, Lucy Dean and husband Charles of Northeast MD, Children; Son, Wayne Couden Jr and wife Kathy of Elkton MD, Daughter, Tina Creswell and husband Howard of Port Deposit MD, Son, Eric Couden and wife Pam of Linden MI, Son Nicholas Crabtree and wife Sarah of Clarkston MI. Her Grandchildren; Cole, LeeAnna, Joshua, Ashley, Katie Couden, Lestat, Daniel, and Nathan Crabtree and Tatum Cook.
A service honoring her life will be held at R.T. Foard Funeral home, 318 George Street, Chesapeake City MD 21915, on Monday 17th Of June at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contribution checks may be made payable to Tina Creswell c/o the funeral home.
