She is survived by her son, James Spicer and his wife, Linda, of Newark, DE and her brother, H. Randolph Dinkel, of Arizona.
Services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at R.T. Foard & Jones, Inc., 122 West Main St., Newark, DE 19711. Family and friends may visit one hour prior, beginning at 10:00 AM.
