She was the daughter of Elmer and Rosalie Rose and was raised in Stanton, DE.
Ruth was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She worked for forty years in northern Delaware and southern New Jersey.
Ruth is survived by her husband, John; children: John B. Searl, Sarah Heredia and 2 grandchildren: Kody and Lena Heredia.
