Rudy was born in Elkton MD on July 25th, 1983. He was a lifetime resident of Cecil County.
Rudy enjoyed fishing, music, & being with his family. Rudy was a jack of all trades with a great sense of humor!
He is survived by his Parents, Karen Fortin & Ronald Fortin Sr both of Elkton Md. 1 Brother, Ronald Fortin Jr, 2 sisters, Crystal Williams & Delta Honaker all of Elkton Md. 5 Nephews, Nick, Zach, Winston, Ronnie & Ryder, 1 niece, Kalet. great niece, Aubrey, all of Elkton. 3 Aunts, Patricia Plante of Jacksonville FL, Charlotte Hamilton of North East Md & Margaret Brumit of Elkton MD. 2 uncles, David & Harold Hamilton Jr both of Elkton.
Rudy was proceeded in death by His grandparents Harold & Georgia Hamilton, & His Uncle Thomas Hamilton.
