




Roy S. Mann, 87, of Chesapeake City, MD, passed away November 7, 2014.
Roy was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served on the U.S.S. Missouri when the Japanese surrendered at the end of World War II. He was a strong supporter of all veterans and was past Commander of Chesapeake City VFW Post 7687. He was also a former mayor of Chesapeake City and three term Councilman.
Her is survived by his wife Marie and three daughters, Hope, Rebecca and Joy, and was preceded in death by his daughter Dawn.
According to his wishes, services will be private.
