Robert Jamison Hall, “Bob”, age 86 of Newark, DE passed away on December 25, 2020. He was born on March 13, 1934 in Wilmington, DE to the late John J. Hall and Kathryn (Bevans) Hall.

Bob worked for Atlantic Aviation for many years and then was hired to work for DuPont as Chief of Maintenance of Aviation. He retired after 40 years. Bob loved to golf. He spent many days with his friends at local golf courses. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, and antiquing. Every year, Bob would travel to Canada with his friends to go on a fishing trip.

Bob is survived by his wife of 20 years, Judy Hall; daughter, Diane M. Pierce; son, Scott J. Hall and his husband, Memo; grandchildren: Michael and Sarah Pierce; great-grandchild, Shane Pierce; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara J. Hall; brother, John J. Hall; and sisters: Ella Jewell and Betty McGuiness.

Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to “Alzheimer’s Association” and sent in care of R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921.

To Bob's Family, We are sorry to hear of Bob's passing. We were good friends of his and Barbara waaay back in the 60's when Kenneth and Bob were both working together at Atlantic Aviation. Ken left early when he became a pilot and flew for another firm. We used to do many things with Bob and Barbara and they and Diane spent a lot of time with us and our daughter, Cory. He and Ken travelled together to other states to go to this or that school to learn newer ways for working on the aircraft. They also took ballroom dance lessons together! That was funny. The four of us always went to the Atlantic Aviation dances together too. We both had a wonderful relationship and a lot of good times with them. We lost touch with them after our lives took different paths but we will remember them always. You have our deepest sympathy. Sincerely Crystle & Kenneth Kerens
