As I teach at the Delaware Tech Stanton Campus, Bob was my Assistant Dean of Instruction for many years. He was the most kind, considerate, and thoughtful boss anyone could have. He always treated everyone with respect and dignity..Just an all-around great guy. His passing is a tragic loss to all who knew and loved him. Bob will be sorely missed but the fond memories of knowing him will endure. My deepest condolonces.

Bob hired me back in March, 1981 at Delaware Tech. & Community College. He started me on a 26 year stay at Delaware Tech. I always had to thank Bob for giving me the opportunity to have a wonderful career at Delaware Tech. I guess that I really have to thank Mrs. Vicky Bradley for Bob contacting me about a job position opening at DTCC. She met my wife Carolyn walking my daughter Kara in Green Leaf Manor, Newark one warm March day. She asked about me (we worked several years together in the same office area at Christiana HS) and find out that I may be looking for a different job. I understand that she went home and told her son Bob that might be looking for a new job. That evening Bob called me and told me that he had an opening in his department for a new Co-op Coordinator to monitor work study students. He said that he needed my answer of yes or no within 24 hours. So, you can plainly see I made the best decision of my life that March. I stayed with Bob for about a year then was offered a new position as the first Evening Counselor at the Stanton Campus. The rest is history! I just want to say how sorry I am to hear about Bob's passing. He was a wonderful person and a great educator of young men and women who attended DTCC. May he rest in peace! His loyal friend, Dennis LaFazia

My name if Jennifer Cooper, and I am so very sorry for your loss. My son Matthew Cooper and Bob's son Harrison were best friends growing up. Matt spent many weekends with the Bradleys, and trips to Myrtle Beach. What I really remember so fondly, is Bob and my husband Carl were very active Boy Scout fathers.. They took the boys and themselves to all the Boy Scout trips.. Without fail they would wake up to something unexpected, but rest assured they were the most prepared to handle snow and weather events.. Thank you Bob and family for helping to shape my son into a fine young man, and Harrison... I'm so proud of them both.

Thank you for showing my son and Harrison how to grow up to fine young men.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I will always remember Bob as he laid a lasting impression on me. He was a great man and could do anything, and would do anything for anyone .Sometimes he would overthink things and would give Harrison and I a laugh. But now I catch myself overthinking things and as I do I will always think of Bob.

Dear Jennifer, and all the family- It is with shock and great sadness that we have learned of Bob’s passing. I am so grateful for the fun luncheons we had this summer. A few things I have learned these last few years are be grateful for each day, as it’s a gift from God, and be ever so grateful for all the wonderful memories you have. I often think of all the fun times we had at the Wellwood Clum while your dad was able. Please know we all love you and your family and are praying for God’s peace upon you. Love, Aunt Marilyn
