Robert Calvin Sheffler, Jr., age 74 of Elkton, MD passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024. He was born in Hagerstown, MD on December 22, 1949 to the late Robert Calvin Sheffler, Sr. and June Delores Murray.

Robert was an avid sports fan who loved all sports. His favorite teams were the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Robert was on a softball team for many years and loved to bowl in his free time. You could always catch him spending time at his home in Clearwater, FL which he loved very much. In his younger years, Robert loved hunting, fishing, and crabbing. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Catherine Webster (Rudolph) of Elkton, MD; three sisters: Cindy Johnson of Elkton, MD, Melody Sheffler of Middletown, DE, and Laurie Sheffler of Newark, DE; five grandchildren: Jessica, Destinee, Keyara, Megan, and Rudy; six great grandchildren; former wife, Clara Scott of Elkton, MD and daughter-in-law, Yvette Sheffler.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Sheffler; son, Robert C. Sheffler, III; daughter, Marchal Sheffler; and two brothers: Gary Sheffler and Arthur Sheffler.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921 where family and friends may begin visiting at 10:00AM. Burial will be held private. To send online condolences please visit, www.rtfoard.com.
