




































Robert (“Bobby”) William Dollenger, Jr., 60, of Elkton, MD, began the celebration of his new life with Jesus Christ on Thursday, October 1, 2020. Robert was a devoted son, father, brother, uncle and great uncle to his family always remaining firm in his religious beliefs and put God, his country, and family first in every choice he ever made. Robert served as a CPL in the United States Marine Corps where he earned the Sharpshooter Rifle Badge and trained as an Engineer Equipment Operator. Robert ran a successful excavation business for over twenty-five years known as Jesnelle Excavating. He was currently employed by Amtrack where he continued his life career.
Robert was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Adolph Frederick and Elsie Mae Dollenger, his maternal grandparents, Henry Fulton and Virgie Victoria Hayden, his father, Robert William Dollenger, Sr. and his brothers, Richard Wayne Dollenger and Mark Henry Dollenger.
Robert is survived by his mother, Helen Marie Dollenger, his sisters, Betty, and her husband, Kenneth Van Stedum and Arlene, and her husband, Jerry Bryson, his daughters, Jessica, and her husband, Kevin Stickler and Janelle, and her husband, Aaron Wynn, his nephews, Thomas, and his wife, Angela Bryson and Craig, and his wife, Amanda, Bryson, his nieces, Kelly, and her husband, Gabriel Rodgers and Stephanie, and her husband, Nathan Woody and many great nephews and great nieces. In addition, Robert is survived by many “like family” friends.
A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family followed by a celebration of life service is tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 1, 2021.
