Randy Lee Krieger, age 35, of Newark, DE passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Born on December 10, 1989, in Newark, DE, Randy was the loving son of Hal Alan Krieger, and the late Paula Judith (Madonick) Andress.
Randy, a beloved son, cherished friend, and an avid sports enthusiast who will forever resonate within the hearts of those who knew him.
Randy was not just a fan; he was a true sports fanatic whose passion for the Philadelphia Phillies knew no bounds. His excitement for the game was infectious, and he loved nothing more than attending Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park. He attended the 1993 World Series, where he proudly supported his team, and remains one of his cherished memories. Randy’s love for sports did not stop there; he was a dedicated follower of the Philadelphia Eagles and the Sixers, attending their games. Randy also attended Blue Hens football games and shared precious moments with his father at Blue Rocks games, further solidifying him as a true sports lover.
Randy regularly attended Christ the Cornerstone Church in Newark, DE, where he shared his faith and kindness with others. To those who knew him, Randy was “Daddy’s right-hand man,” a title that spoke to his loving and supportive nature. His vibrant spirit and compassionate heart made him a treasured friend and family member.
Randy is survived by his father, Hal Krieger; stepmother, Tiffanie Gillette; brothers: Michael D. Krieger, and Joseph R. Krieger; uncle, Paul Krieger (wife, Barbara); aunt, Linda Bolmer (husband, Michael); cousins: Jackie Krieger, Zach Krieger, Jennifer Bolmer, and Danny Bolmer.
In addition to his mother, Randy is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Miriam and Seymour Krieger, and maternal grandparents: Elaine and William Madonick.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 3:00 PM at R.T. Foard & Jones, Inc., 122 West Main Street, Newark, DE 19711, where friends and family may begin visiting at 2:00 PM.
