Pauline Carter, 82, of North East, MD, passed away on January 28, 2025. She was born in West Nottingham, PA, on December 14, 1942, to the late Bonnie (Mayberry) Capute.
Pauline spent most of her life as a devoted wife and mother, until she was blessed with grandchildren and great grandchildren for her life to revolve around. She would often be found gardening and she enjoyed attending her church Victorious Life Ministries.
Pauline is survived by her children: Dana and his wife Doris, Larry, as well as Ron and his wife Kim; her grandchildren: Calvin Karschner Jr. (Chelsea), Gregory Carter (Erin), Allison Moyer (Roger), Daniel Carter, Ryan Hartwick, Sophia Hartwick, Paul Carter, Bobby Carter, Nicholas Nordhoff (Kirsten), Christopher Nordhoff (Abbey), Kaitlyn Carter, her great grandchildren: Micah, Amelia, Nora, Jack, and Kylie; and her brother Jerry Capute (Edith). In addition to her mother, Pauline is preceded in death by her husband Bobby Carter, her step-father Russell Capute and her father Woodrow Cox.
A celebration of Pauline’s life will be held at 11AM on February 3, 2025 at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, 111 South Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911. The family will begin accepting guests for visitation at 10AM. A procession to Harford Memorial Gardens for burial will follow.
