A loving and devoted son and brother, Todd attended Elk Neck Elementary School where he met many lifelong friends like Eric Luppold and Ricky Osowski. Todd left a positive mark on many people’s lives with his kind, gentle spirit and sense of humor. He enjoyed the great outdoors and going to the cabin in Howard, PA with his best friend, Don Benedict. Together, they built a fire pit and made great memories with their friends, family and their rottie, Daisy. Todd enjoyed spending family time with his cousins, especially during the holidays. He especially doted on his godson, John David Masinick, and was quick to make him laugh. He loved watching the Ravens and the Orioles games. Todd’s passions were playing his guitars, fishing, live music and concerts, and Taco Bell.
