Pamela Marie Warnick, age 49 of Rising Sun, MD passed away on August 18, 2016. She was born on October 7, 1966 in Baltimore, MD to Frank Crites and the late, Rose (Smith) Schaffer.
Pamela’s entire life was dedicated to her loving family. She cherished parties, holidays, sporting events, and trips with her family and friends. She also enjoyed cook outs and eating crabs with their company. She was always pranking and joking with others and many viewed her as the life of the party. She loved children and would spend some of her time at Cecil County Public Schools as a substitute teacher. Pamela enjoyed the outdoors including the beach and the mountains. Her and her family would frequently visit their home in Deep Creek Lake.
Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Harry Warnick of Rising Sun, MD; daughters: Ericka Steppe and her husband, Jesse of Elkton, MD and Kristina Button and her husband, Travis of Elkton, MD; son, Hunter Warnick of Rising Sun, MD; grandchildren: Jesse Steppe, Kristiana Button, Brayden Button, Makayla Steppe, Levi Button, and a baby Button on the way; sister, Cathy Clasing and her husband, Rick of Baltimore, MD; goddaughter, Jennifer Reynolds; great-niece, Alaina Rose; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Pamela’s life will be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:00AM at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 150 Downin Lane, Port Deposit, MD 21904. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 6:00-8:00PM as well as Friday, August 26, 2016 at 10:00AM at Pleasant View Baptist Church where friends and family are welcomed to attend. Burial will take place 11:00AM on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Road, Baltimore, MD 21220. Family and friends may meet at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 111 S. Queen Street, Rising Sun, MD 21911 at 9:30AM where we will then leave in procession to the cemetery. I was in shock, and very sad when I learned Pam passed away. I met Pam while she was substituting at Bainbridge Elementary School. We were also friends on Facebook. I enjoyed seeing her posts of all the pictures she would post of her family and her grandkids. She would post what she was cooking for suppers, and it always sounded delicious. I could tell by looking at the pictures she would post on Facebook that she loved her family and her grandkids so very, very much. I am so very sorry for your loss.
