I considered Norris a good friend and know he will be missed by all. I am sorry this is late but was out of town and did not find out until 3/31. I got to know Norris while working with him in the NRP Reserve Officer Program. He was an outstanding person. Max and Jan Schulte- Finksburg, Md

There were many years of laughter with A man who always treated me like his daughter instead of a daughter in law. You will be dearly missed. You will forever remain in my heart. Thank you for the beautiful memories.
