Norma Lynn Franklin, age 85 of Conowingo, MD passed away on November 14, 2025. She was born on December 15, 1939 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Norman Francis Maxwell and Geneivieve Elizabeth (Brent) Maxwell.
Norma was very hardworking and dedicated 48 years to W.L. Gore working as an Assembly Line Worker. She recently retired only a few years ago. Norma cherished time spent with her family. She also found peace in solitude where she enjoyed arts and crafts. Norma had a soft spot in her heart for stray animals and took in many throughout her life. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Robin Fox; grandson, Tyler Fox; granddaughter, Taylor Fox; great granddaughter, Kaylee Fox; and sister, Jackie Goodrich.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Nona Meehan.
