We will remember Brian/Uncle Brian/Tickle Monster with a huge grin on his face and a young Grace climbing on his shoulders! We're forever grateful for his commitment to Jo, Sam and Grace who he held so close, and the way he embraced the wider family with his kindness and warmth. He has gone way too soon and we will miss him very much. Love to Jo, Sam, Grace, Kate, Lucky and all of the Fulmer family xxxx

As I sit here trying to write something that captures Brian and his memory in a nutshell I realize too quickly that it is impossible to do. I met Brian in 2003. One of my first memories of Brian was listening to him brag about Kate with some co-workers. It was clear that he was a family man and very loving father. I didn’t really know him at the time but it didn’t take long before he and I were working together and sharing stories of our families. Mine the not so traditional type. Having said that, Brian was never judgmental and accepted me into his life and family, embracing my wierdness, and celebrating our differences. I’m not sure if you know this but Brian can be subtly stubborn and opinionated :) But those opinions we had and debates that they sparked as a result, laid the foundation for a friendship that spanned 20 yrs. 20 yrs. this past June. Yep, fighting and making up, fighting and making up. LOL. Over the years while Brian and I were growing and trying to find our selves, we became best friends. Heck, at times it felt like we owned a moving company. Him moving to one apartment or another and me doing to same. LOL. Through it all we had a blast. Nothing could ever bring us down or break us. We just wouldn’t allow it. He there for me and me for him. We were ride or die and connected even when we were apart. That’s how best friends are. I could literally write a book on what it means to be a best friend, a son, a father, a grand father, a husband, and amazing person and use Brian as a role model to tell the story. I miss you so much already. I’m thankful you’re finally at peace and hope to see you again someday -Scott

Brian was fun to be around. I have fond memories of poker games and Super Bowl parties. Brian never had “half” a conviction, which made for many entertaining moments - a worthy mind for both playful and competitive sparring. Not everyone agreed with Brian on every point, but all respected him and loved him. My heart hurts and tears are welling in my eyes as I write this. I will miss you, my long time and cherished friend.

I am so sad to have lost my cousin, especially at such a young age. I have so many memories of all the great times we spend together. Going to the beach every year, coming to Ohio and building tents in the backyard. Who can forget the countless trips to Nicola's for Nic-a-boli's! Brian was a great cousin, son, father, husband, grandfather and will be greatly missed.

To the a Fulmer Family, please accept my sincere condolences. Brian was such an amazing person. One thing I really admired about Brian was that he called it like it is. If h er was speaking on a topic he had studied it. If he had an opinion he had thought it through and could back it up with fact! He was competitive and hard to beat. You would never to bet against Brian in horseshoes or poker. Trust me! He was a sports enthusiast. Brian loved his family. I witnessed a relationship with his brother Michael and his dad Bill that you will seldom fine. They were so close. Brian would always great you with his pleasant smile. Brian showed his love with his smile.. I loved his authentic self. He will truly missed Patrick

We were all so sorry to hear about Brian's passing. I will always remember how kind he was when he took Johanna and I to see the Phillies, which was our first time watching baseball. Brian was so pleased by how Johanna loved watching the game that he gave her his Phillies shirt, which she wore for many years until she grew out of it. I n fact, we still have the ticket from that game. All our love to the whole family, Ben, Heather and family
