It is with sadness I am writing to say I will really miss Mim. She was a classmate of mine at Hershey High School, and always a bright spot in my life at that time. She was quite a wit and a very dear friend. God bless her family in this time of sadness; however, she is now at peace, no longer a victim of the cruel illness that held her hostage.

Sherry left a message on January 9, 2012:
To The Family, Please accept my condolence. Hopefully, you are able to draw comfort from the scriptures during this difficult time. For example, did you know that God's word, the Bible, refers to death as an enemy that will soon be done away with? 1 Corinthians 15:26. Also, the Bible mentions a time when all of mankind will have the privilege of reuniting with our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Jesus Christ's words at John 5:28, 29 assure us that such an exciting time will definitely take place. It is encouraging to know that the Almighty God not only has the power, but desires to fulfill such Bible promises. Job 14:14, 15. Again, you have my deepest sympathy.

Mim was a person who could meet you and immediately put you at your ease. Conversing with her was always enjoyable and I, personally, always came away from the conversation uplifted and more educated. Her intelligence and broad knowledge base was a wonderful gift which she shared with all.
