Michael Patrick Miller, age 59, of Elkton, MD passed away suddenly on December 20. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 21, 1954 to George Brendan Miller and the late Joan Cullen Miller. He was married to Salinda Deery.
Michael graduated from Archbishop Wood High School and attended Pennsylvania State University. He was a sales representative for the Lorillard Company, an artist, professional photographer, and owner/operator of Michael Miller Photography.
He is survived by his wife Salinda Deery of Elkton MD; their son Jared Deery and wife Shino Takeda of Brooklyn NY; daughter Nicole Miller Stevens and husband Jeb Stevens of Middletown CT; son Devon Cimini of New Haven CT; father George Miller of Lansdale, PA; grandchildren Jagger and Cody Stevens; four sisters- Joanne Miller, Nancy Genth, Maureen Northrop, and Karen Radcliff of Pennsylvania along with nieces and nephews and beloved Aunt Jean Grahill of Telford, PA.
A memorial service for Michael will be held on January 18 at Trinity Episcopal Church in Elkton, MD at 11 AM. Family and friends are invited to their home after to celebrate Michael’s life. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to organizations dear to Michael that help rescue greyhounds: Galgo Rescue International Network or Greyhound Pets of America, Maryland Chapter and mailed to R.T.
