I spent so long contemplating finding you.. and then one day it was too late. I was always told you were a great man & that I resemble you greatly. I wish I would have had the chance to know you. XO, Your daughter, Morgan.

In memory of Mike. I'm sorry that I just learned of your passing. You were a valuable contribution to this earth. You always gave me strength when we worked out at fitness works, living in ocean city in 1993, snowboarding, or clubbing in DC. You are missed brow. I know many times I disappointed you as a friend especially in February 1993. You would do anything for me at all times. I also remember riding motorcycles together and surfing. I miss you brow... Jeff

Dear Mike - I was saddened to just learn of your passing-on to Jesus. You've been in my daily prayers ever since my first hospital visit with you; and I am so sorry that my own illness stopped those visits. I shall never forget your faithful dedication to your family; your diligence while working in God's great outdoors - even during inclement weather; your love of cycles and other sports; and your happy, friendly personality which demonstrated always that you are one of God's chosen sons. And now - You are with "HIM!"

I still miss you today! You were the greatest uncle a person could want. Always the "cool" uncle that every one else wished they had. :) I was the coolest kid in town when I got to ride to softball practice on the back of your motorcycle! You will never be forgotten. Tyler and Vienna... I hope you someday get to learn what an amazing father you had. When the time comes that you want to learn about your dad and his family, look me up. I can't wait to share the memories!

Mike was a great guy. I recall so many times back in the 90's when we worked together at Whitetail during the day, and spent the evenings on the slopes using that free pass we got as employees. Hanging out at the raves and clubs in DC where we all enjoyed the freedoms and limitless energy of the young. Good times and bad times, he always made us laugh and pushed us to have a good time. We lost touch after I moved away and got married, had a son, and finally settled down in CT, but I never forgot the good times. Mike, you will be missed.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Vienna and Tyler, There will never be enough words to explain all that your father did for me. I can't imagine what my life would be like if I had not met him at Whitetail Ski Resort. He taught me to snowboard. He convinced me to move to Ocean City to work for the summer. Just like your dad, I fell in love with the place and transferred to finish college at Salisbury. Your father introduced me to my best friend. Thanks to him I met many other wonderful people and experienced so many places. Your father had the kindest heart. He was so excited to meet your mom, and I'll never forget when they told me they were going to have a baby. You completed him!

Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of Mike. We were neighbors in the summer of 1993 (Ocean Bay Apts - 6th St.) and roommates the summer of 1995 (Summer Winds Apts - 28th St.). I'll never forget our motorcycle rides or his beloved Saab. He gave me my first real boogie board - a Mike Stewart Mach 7. He had a heart of gold. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones.
