Marlene Frazier, age 63 of Nelsonville, OH, passed away suddenly December 29, 2017 due to the result of an automobile accident. She was born August 26, 1954 in Nelsonville, OH to the late Daniel and Margaret Langley.

Marlene was an administrative assistant for Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare. She was a very smart, kind, and loving mother and friend.

Marlene is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Kaiser and her husband, Brian Milligan. In addition to her parents, Marlene is preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Frazier.

Services will be held on a Wednesday, January 10th from 4pm until 6pm at Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare.
