Mark lived his life full of love, and laughter. He enjoyed the simple pleasures of fishing, being outdoors in nature, telling jokes and making people laugh. Mark loved watching old-time movies and history documentaries. He took great pride in achieving an impressive IQ of 128. Mark had a witty sense of humor that could easily make anyone smile. He was always humming a tune, singing a song, or telling a joke. Mark’s strength, humor, and unwavering love will continue to inspire and uplift those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Mark is survived by his partner, Kelly Lynn Myers; children: Savion John Myers, Jazmin Patricia Maddy, and Kingsley Irving Maddy; and his cat, D. Block.

A celebration of Mark’s life will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 11:00 AM at R.T. Foard Funeral Home, P.A., 259 East Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921, where family and friends may begin visiting at 10:00 AM. Burial will be private.

It saddened my heart to hear the passing of Mark. My condolences go out to his wife and kids. I graduated with Mark. He was always making me laugh in school. He had a nick name for me, Bubbles. Years ago, his mother Helen use to cut my grandmothers hair. Rest in peace Mark.

Mark was a great guy, he was always there for me and was always a shoulder to lean on. Mark was the kind of person that walked into a room and could make everyone smile. I was so exciting for mark to meet my son he would come to wawa and check on me all the time, he was there for me when i went through a hard time when i was younger and i appreciate it more then he’ll ever know.
