Marilyn G. Amidon, age 80, of Newark, DE, and formerly of Cape May, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at Newark Manor Nursing Home in Newark, DE. She was born December 15, 1934 in Flint, MI, to the late Marvin and Marian Willert Simons.
She is survived by her son, David Greenberg, and his wife, Barbara, of Phoenix, AZ; step daughters, Margaret Lafashia, and her husband, Vince, of Newark, DE, and Amanda Amidon, of Wilmington, DE; sister, Donna Smalley, of Longmont, CO; and granddaughters, Melissa, and Allison.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Edmund Amidon, daughter, Paula Greenberg, and son, Paul Amidon.
