Marie Susan Mohr

July 15, 1962 - April 25, 2025

Marie grew up in West New York, NJ and lived in NJ until moving to Newark, DE in 2021. Marie was loved by everyone who met her, and she brought a smile to all her customers as a Server in Keyport, NJ. She was a cat lover and rescued Dude, Sky, Trouble and now Mo.

Marie is predeceased by her parents, William and Janette Mohr as well as her brother, Steven Mohr Marie is survived by her sisters: Janice Coleman, Lauren Nagurka, Julie Koehler, brother in law Robert Koehler; her nieces: Corinne Provost, Erin Nagurka, Keri Castillo, Violet Ann Koehler, Jillian Putkowski; her nephews: Clifford A. Coleman and Paul Mohr; as well as her great-nieces and nephews: Ava Castillo, Violet Putkowski, Chase Provost, Matthew Marrero, Jason Putkowski, and Andrew Castillo. As well as her Auntigella.

Services will be held privately at a later time.

Marie is my 2nd cousin. We used to live upstairs from the Mohr family. Their house was a second home to me and my sister growing up. We were constantly playing in and out of the house. Their door was always open and we came and went as we wanted. Marie was always kind and loving and loved to laugh and joke. She sometimes would convince me to taste lemon and lime juice, that sat on the shelf of the refrigerator door; telling me it was different from the last time they gave it to me. 🤣 I fell for it every time! She always kept in touch through social media, sprinkling words of kindness and encouragement. I was saddened to hear of her passing. I really thought I would see her again as she recovered from her health issues. I was wrong! Tomorrow is not promised so live every day like it's your last. Love you, Re. Until we meet again. Xoxo 😘
