I use to work for Marge with the Brandywine Social Club. She was well loved by the members she served in that organization. We did not stay in touch and I only recently found out she had passed away. Marge will be missed by those she cared for and cared for her.

We worked closely for many years when I was with New Castle County Parks and Recreation and you at Brandywine Social Club. You were devoted to your members and had such an easy going, warm way about you. After my divorce, in 1982, I think, you showed up on the day I moved to my new apartment and helped me unpack and get settled. I was so appreciative! I am sure you are already organizing the next event for all the Social Club members who arrived before you. Rest in peace....

Marge Baker was one of kindest and most compassionate people I have ever known. We were co-workers at the YMCA for many years. All of the members of the Brandywine Social Club were family to her. She took care of me when I was sick, helped my older daughter through a surgery, and introduced my youngest daughter to Wilmington Drama League plays. We all loved Marge. Well done, good and faithful servant.
