Margaret “Peggy” Sprout, age 75 of Rising Sun, MD passed away on March 12, 2016 surrounded by her children. A life-long resident of Rising Sun, Peggy was born on May 31, 1940, the daughter of the late, Harry J. Fox and Virginia Stephens Fox.
