As a kid when Mr Kelly moved onto Ridley Ave in Folsom, Pa he was the coolest neighbor...As an adult when I moved into his neighborhood in HollyWood Beach, Md Ralph (it took awhile to be comfortable calling him by his first name), continued to be the coolest neighbor and friend...I can't believe you're gone and will always remember you...My condolences to Liz, Marshall and family.

Mike Merrill left a message on November 27, 2014:
Ralph was a great friend! We would watch the Eagles football games together, go to breakfast on Saturdays, and solve the world problems while sitting on the beach. We went to Lodge meetings in the Winter, and did Pancake Breakfasts in the Summer. We helped the Chesapeake City Lions Club put up Christmas Decorations in the Winter, and worked their Car Show in the Summer. Ralph being gone will leave a big void in my life. I will miss you Brother.
