Katherine Lucille Boston Markum, of Newark, DE, formerly of Chattanooga, TN, passed away at home November 23, 2013.
Born in Dunlap, TN on July 3, 1925, Lucille was the daughter of the late George and Corene Harman Boston. She was a homemaker and will be missed by family and friends.
Surviving are her son, Larry C. Markum and his wife Karen of Newark; 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence H. Markum and her brother George T. Boston and her sister Rosa Lee Degler.
A graveside memorial service will be held at White Oak Cemetery in Red Bank, TN on Saturday, December 28 at 12 noon. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be mailed to 428 Whitehall Road, Chattanooga, TN 37405. For further information you may contact Larry at 302-521-5626 or 423-509-1700.
