Louise and I met at Wesley College in 1948. The next year, we were room-mates and enjoyed sharing our room. After College, we kept in touch by phone and letters. I was her Maid of Honor, when she and Ferris were married, and she was my Matron of Honor at my wedding. On their trips to Florida, we met them in Waldorf for breakfast. We visited them and they , us many times. We always enjoyed their company. Louise was a nice person and friend. She loved her family very much. I shall miss her Our sympathy to her family!!! Sincerely, Audrey and Hank Knott

How wonderful to have known Louise and all of the Staffords and Dempseys over the years. Corner Ketch will never be the same. Louise was always good to Kathryn and Edythe. She will be missed at the cousin's luncheons, where I saw her last this past June and other family events. May the good memories sustain you through this time of mourning!QS
