Bill, I never knew your Dad, but I knew you and thought a lot of you in those Bowie years. My children brought you into my life and I wanted you to know that Wave and my prayers are with you and your family. Fathers are special and I am sure yours was. Blessings.

Louie was my best friend through high school and college, and I could not have asked for a better one! Easy-going, funny, generous to a fault and always there when I needed him. We spent many a day fishing, crabbing, camping, shooting, and just plain hanging out. He was also the best man at my wedding, which should tell you something. I am sad that we had lost close touch over the years, but I never stopped considering him my best friend. Rest in peace, Lou, and those of us who knew you take comfort in knowing that you are now with our Heavenly Father, free from the pain and suffering you endured over the past several months.

43 years ago, Louis and I saw each other for the last time. You who knew him later shared a rare privilege, because Louis was energetic, with a ready smile and pithy comment that always made me laugh. We reached out via Facebook a few years ago, and that sheepish personality remained. I am sorry for the family's loss. I will miss knowing he is just out of reach. Kind regards,

One of our favorite memories of Lou is when he took us crabbing. I thought we would tip the boat over pulling in the crabs. What a feast we had that night!!! Lou,you will always remain in our hearts. Love, Aunt Pat and Uncle Mike
