Levin Earl “Lee” Eastburn, age 71, passed away at his home December 29, 2017. He was born in Wilmington, DE to the late Earl and Betty Eastburn.
Lee is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carla M.; daughters, Tammy E. Culver and Amy D. (Luis) Eastburn-Escobar; grandchildren, Brad (Lorna) Culver, and Sara Culver; beloved companion, “Lil’ Dog,”; and sisters, Jeryl Hawkins, and Kristi (Bruce) Weiner. He is also survived by three nieces and four nephews.
Lee worked at DuPont Newport for 14 years as a 1st class mechanic and retired millwright from Local 1545. His hobbies included racing cars, hunting, and raising beagles and coonhounds. Lee loved his family, friends, and dogs!
Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
